Belgian's image Tag

here is a little "tag" I created for us. I've tried to add it on my player's page, but it's not working, the website says me "file already exists"...

SOo...if somebody knows how to manage those f**ing tags, here you are !
For the "prize", I can pay the tag for everybody...it's 3k coppers...don't care I have enough
