For the futur, let's just point one request on the table when we "negociate" the matchs : OR we play on the NDC servers (if they have, don't remember) or on the belgian's server. This was disaster day... Not only the match itself, but entire organisation was a bit of a dissapointment. It's true that Italy made it hard for us by not being able to play on a lot of dates. But I'm also a bit dissapointed in the reactions of some of us. Offending the Italian team on this forum (which is public for everyone) wasn't a good move (not going to call names of who did what, I think everyone is smart enough to decide if it's meant for you or not).
Also putting some messages on the NDC forum itself on a moment that you are mad isn't a good idea. It put's our team in a bad position with the NDC admins and for all others that don't know what happened Belgium looks bad as well. If you really feel mad or feel the need to tell what you think, pm them next time and don't make it a public fight.
Last thing I want to say about this, is that I hoped for a more positive spirit in the team. Server was bad, that's true, but instead of keep focussing on it, try to make the best of it. Lag or specs won't dissapear by saying it 5 times.

If you think I'm wrong or you doubt if I meant you or not, pm me or just say it here. Personally I had a very bad match as well, cause I was too angry to really focus on my driving. Too bad, cause I fealt good on those maps while training.

If you want me to stop as the team captain, you can say this in pm or here as well, but I did everything I could to avoid a situation like this.

C'était un jour catastrophique pour nous. Pas seulement le match, mais aussi l'organisation. C'est vrai que l'Italie a causer des problèmes pour nous car ils ne peuvent pas jouer sur beacoup de jours. Mais je suis aussi un peu décu de quelques reactions de nous. Attaquer l'éuipe italien sur notre fofo (qui est publique pour tout le monde) était pas bien. (je ne vais pas dire les noms, je pense que vous etes tous assez intelligent pour savoir si je parle de toi où pas).
C'est aussi pas bon quand tu mis les messages sur le fofo du ndc quand tu es très malheureux ou quand tu es colère. C'est pas bon pour le réputation de notre équipe chez les admins du NDC et c'est aussi pas bon pour notre réputation chez les autres équipes. Si tu vraiment veut parler avec l'autre équipe, envoyer-lui un pm et ne le fais pas en publique.

Dernier chose que je veux dire sur cet objet, est que je veut avoir un esprit plus positive dans l'équipe. Je sais que le serveur etait pas bon, mais c'est mieux que vous reste positive et essayer de faire ton mieux. Les lags où les spectacteurs ne vont pas disparaitre quand tu le dis 5 fois.

Personnellement j'ai eu un match très mauvaise aussi, parce que j'étais trop en colère pour vraiment me concentrer sur conduire. Dommage, parce que j'étais bon sur les maps quand je les ai entrainer cette semaine.

...Well, I fully agree with Lemy. That was a "bad day"...Italians were not so good (even if they deserve their victory). We had possibility to do something very good before playing vs Norway.

Let's learn some lessons of this sunday. That's all (as i have already said) : play on NDC server or on our server. Any other possibility will be refused. Try to chillout MORE during a match. It's not only disturbing you, but all the team. And...more we rage, more the other team will be motivated :-)...

SOo...nooOow : let's go on Norway's topic. Let's train, let's keep motivation, let's think we can do it : we win vs Norway and we are qualified ! SOo GOGO !

P.S : don't worry gunner. We know you can't play before and we respect it . We just like a little bit less when somebody says "i'll be there", and we don't see his face for the match...
